Phonebooth Tutorial: How to Setup a Phonebooth Group

Groups is one of the four major entities in the Phonebooth system the others being, Users, Conferences and Auto-attendants. In this video, Sean will define what a Group is as well as demonstrate how to set one up in the Phonebooth Administration Portal. A Group is a service inside Phonebooth which allow management of inbound calls to a group of Users.
